Why does shopping hurt so good?
Spent waaayyyy too much money this weekend on pretty things. It's been FOREVER since I've had a little money to spend on myself. I may have overdone it, but I'm so happy with my new possessions!

This happy camper is going to sleep now - to sleep perchance to dream of pretty trinkets and bobbles that make a day less dull.

Fall fashion wishlist

Fall is FINALLY coming...

There's something so great about fall. That first morning you step outside and the air is crisp... there is an overwhelming feeling that a fresh start is around the corner, like anything is possible. I suppose spring is technically supposed to be the 'fresh start' season, but for me it's always been fall. Perhaps because I always loved that first day of school, walking in the cool morning to the end of the lane-way, waiting for the school bus, wondering what the year had in store.

Of course it is also my favourite season for fashion. Jackets, scarves, boots, gloves... what more could a girl ask for?

I thought I should put together a fall fashion wishlist... This year has seen me get in touch with my hippie-gal roots. I've always been a bit of a fashion chameleon, but somehow I always come back to the boho ways. I'm so excited for fall this year. What's in store for me fashion-wise? Feathers and turquoise and fringe, OH MY!
