Heath Ledger 1979 - 2008

I was saddened to hear the news that actor Heath Ledger had passed away yesterday. But today those feelings of sadness are overshadowed by the intense anger and disgust that emerged when I heard of the Westboro Churchs' intent to pickett his funeral.

I cannot fathom things like this. It makes me sick to my stomach to know that there are people out there whose faith is simply based on pure hatred. These people are raising their children with these beliefs.

I have no words. I really don't.

My heart goes out to the family and friends that will unfortunately have to see this disgusting display as they attend Heath's funeral.
